Nothing beats a personalized follow-up to all your prospects. Note how we use the phrase “personalized”. A text, email or phone call cannot be put in the trash like mailers.

It starts by focusing on one of your listings or recent sales, drawing an imaginary circle around it, and then contacting the surrounding homeowners within that circle to see if they or anyone they know is looking to sell or buy.

Our circle prospecting service is not lead generation . If you’re looking for leads, you already know where to get those. Instead of sending our clients dozens of random names and phone numbers every month of people who may or may not be looking to sell, we’re here to reach out to people and send you the ones that are ready for next steps with you before you talk to them.

Since we’re prospecting a particular neighborhood we only do it with one agent in each area.
